Free Advertising
Local Veggie Web is happy to present free advertisements for veggie-friendly businesses. These normally appear on all LWV websites, rotated randomly.
LVW exceeds 110,000 hits a month and 6,000+ visitors. Good adverts average 12+ click-throughs a day from a very targeted audience.
Acceptance Requirements
Your product or service must be vegetarian or vegan in nature. Your product must, at least, conform to the Vegetarian Society's product standards.
Technical Requirements
An advertisement consists of an image and a link. Aim for an image size of about 10kB.
LVW supports two industry standard advert size formats. You might as well go for the big one:
- 468(w) x 60(h) - (Full Banner). Here is a blank .jpg and .gif image of the right size (right click to save link).
- 234(w) x 60)h) - (Half Banner)
So all you need to do is send us an image and your link.

Any support your business or organisation can give to your local LVW site such as supporting their events would be gratefully received. We welcome links to this site(s) and your local LVW sites. Sample products are an excellent way to raise the profile of your products at the many varied events run by LVW site owners. However, this is not a prerequisite for having an advert with us.
