This was an excellent positive event for T3V to be represented at, by the lovely Sonia. This is her report of the day:
The Hartley Wintney event was great, and they were so pleased to have T3V there! I had also provided Ruth with some questions (she asked the others, i.e. F of the E, etc. to do the same), and then the children were all given quiz sheets and had to visit each stall to find out the answers. Mine were on the lines of: What is the main gas causing climate change?; which is worse for the environment, transport emissions or the meat-rearing industry?; what is the main cause of the destruction of the rainforests?; name two conditions which vegetarians are less at risk from than meat-eaters?; and (last but not least) What is the name of the T3V stallholder's dog??? All the food which I took was v. popular, especially my homemade soss. rolls; and all the recipe sheets and booklets were snapped up, too. So I think it all went pretty well!
